GUESTS: 2-20 people || PRICE STARTS AT $275 Welcome to Tea Party Society, where we bring your favorite themes to life! We specialize in custom-decorated tea parties inspired by beloved shows like Bridgerton and Wicked, as well as iconic Disney characters. Let us create a magical experience tailored just for you, featuring exquisite decor, delightful teas, and enchanting settings that transport your guests into a world of whimsy and charm. This package includes a tea party set-up for two guests. Additional guests (more than 2) are $25 per person. Package includes: teacups & saucers, teapots, dessert plates, silverware, glassware, napkins, tablecloth, tables, chairs, centerpiece, table decor. *Tea Party Set-Up (includes delivery & set-up) **Does not include food or beverages. You can include it in your package as an Add-on or contact us for recommendations. Themed Tea Parties (choose one): Bridgerton, Hello Kitty, Wicked, Barbie, Disney (Mickey & Minnie), Pooh Bear, Peter the Rabbit, Nightmare Before Christmas, Halloween Gothic.
Cancellation Policy
Payment: A deposit will be due at booking and the remaining amount will be paid prior to the event. The event setup will not occur without full payment.* A travel fee of $.50 per mile will be applied for locations that are 20 miles or more from our business location. Cancellation: A cancellation notice or rescheduling must be provided no less than 24 hours in advance. In order to cancel or reschedule within that time frame, please email us at grace@teapartysociety.com. The rescheduled date is subject to availability. There are no cancellation charges for rescheduling your tea party event. You have up to 6 months to reschedule. Refund Policy: We do not accept refunds once payment has been received. If our team cancels your Tea Party Package for any reason, with less than (12) twelve hours in advance notice, we shall refund any payment already received. Refunds will not be offered in the event of inclement weather as other bookings will have been turned away to service your tea party event. If there’s bad weather in the forecast we will contact you (2) two days before the party and offer to reschedule, or we will offer a home setup.
